Welded Mesh Temporary Fence

Welded Mesh Temporary Fence, also known as portable fencing, consists of fence panels, bases and clips. It is a non-drilled, self-supporting fence, so no drilling is required to protect the road surface. The panels are held together with clips and have brackets fixed to the side of the mesh panels so the fence is very strong, while still being easy to install and remove and flexible to use across a variety of applications.

The frame is round tube welded temporary fencing, often referred to as Australian-style temporary fence. It is widely used for temporary construction sites and temporary events such as concerts and parades, and is popular in markets such as Australia, New Zealand and Canada.

The Welded Mesh Temporary Fence is a simple structure consisting of welded wire mesh, clips, bases and bracket support, making it easy to install and remove.

Clamps

The clips and screws are hot-dip galvanized and very strong and durable. They are used to connect two mesh panels together, making the fence line more rigid overall.

Bracket / Support

The brackets are hot-dip galvanized and provide effective support for the fence, enhancing its sturdiness. The bracket support can be placed on a concrete-filled or water-filled base so the fence can withstand a large impact without tipping over.

Base

There are three types of fence base: plastic base, iron plate base and rubber base.

Gate

Temporary fence gates are of simple construction, and other styles can be custom manufactured on request.

High-strength galvanized wire is straightened and cut, then welded into mesh panels by an automatic welding machine, while galvanized pipe is welded into the frame. The mesh and frame are then welded together, the welded joints polished, and the panel is either sprayed with anti-corrosion paint or hot-dip galvanized before final packing.

Customers can choose between two loading methods for temporary fence: in bulk or in steel pallets.

The higher volume of bulk loading allows more panels to be loaded into a container without packing costs, but with higher handling costs.

Packing in pallets saves loading and unloading time and handling costs, but requires packing costs.
