DESCRIPTION

Double wire fence, known as double horizontal wire fence, 2d panel fence, or twin wire fence. Each welded point is welded with one vertical and two horizontal wires; compared with ordinary welded fence panels, double wire fence has higher strength and can withstand larger impacts and high winds.

Double wire fence is made of high quality low carbon steel wire, the surface treatment is hot dip galvanized, powder coating or PVC coating, which can make double wire fence have a longer service life. The most common styles include 656 double wire fence and 868 double wire fence, 656 means horizontal direction is two 6mm thick wire, vertical direction is one 5mm wire.

  • Double wire fence, compared with ordinary fence, has higher strength, can withstand stronger impact and can prevent intentional damage.

SURFACE TREATMENT

  • Hot Dipped Galvanized

    Through the Hot dipped galvanizing process after welding, a protective layer is formed on the steel surface. This coating can effectively prevent oxidation corrosion and prolong the service life of steel.

  • PVC Coating (Plastic Coating) or Powder Coating after galvanized.

    We choose high quality powder for spraying, which combines with the galvanized layer on the steel surface to form a more effective protective layer. It can better prevent the steel from oxidation and corrosion. Therefore, our fencing system can stay beautiful and strong for a longer time, and this treatment will make the fence more beautiful.

TYPES

  • According to the mesh hole size can be divided into ordinary type double wire fence, and 358 type double wire fence. 358 security double wire fence:
    • Material: low carbon steel wire or stainless wire.
    • Mesh opening: 76.2 * 12.7 mm
    • Wire diameter: 4/6/4 mm
    • Other specifications can be customized
  • According to the thickness of the wire diameter, including 656 double wire fence and 868 double wire fence,other specifications can be customized.
    • 868 means horizontal direction is two 6mm thick wire, vertical direction is one 5mm wire.
  • According to the number of horizontal wire, it can be designed as two horizontal wires on each horizontal line, or two horizontal wire on every three horizontal lines.
    • Doubled every horizontal wire provides a stronger structure for the fence.
    • Double wire on every three horizontal lines can save cost and also make the fence stronger compared to a normal fence.
  • According to the top style, it can be divided into flat-topped double wire fence, or arch-topped double wire fence.
    • Flat topped twin wire fence is the most widely used type of double wire fence with low cost.
    • Arch topped 2d panel fence appearance is more beautiful, ideal for residential fence, park fence, etc.

Different installation methods can be chosen for the double wire fence, and with different accessories.

  • Galvanized and then powder-coated iron clips and stainless steel security screws.
  • UV-protected plastic clips and stainless steel anti-theft screws.
  • Flat iron and stainless steel security screws.
