DESCRIPTION

Chain link mesh, known as chain link fencing or cyclone wire, is a fence made from woven galvanized wire, PVC coated steel wire, stainless steel wire or aluminium alloy wire. The wire is woven in a diamond shape pattern to form a strong and durable mesh that is available in a variety of heights, sizes and colours. Chain link fence rolls are relatively inexpensive, easy to install and are widely used around the world. It is mainly used for park fences, house fences, factory fences, sports field fences, airport fences, border fences etc.

1. According to the different materials, can be classified into galvanized chain link mesh, PVC coated chain link mesh, stainless steel chain link mesh, aluminum alloy chain link mesh etc.

  • Galvanized chain link mesh

    is a common type of chain link Mesh. It includes electro-galvanized chain link fence and hot-dip galvanized chain link fence.The hot-dip galvanized wire mesh has a higher zinc coating and better corrosion resistance, It is mainly used in airport fences, border fences, or slope protection fences etc.

  • PVC coated chain link mesh is generally galvanised wire on the inside and coated with a UV resistant PVC coating on the outside. The colour can be chosen to suit the environment, with black chain link fence and green chain link fence being the most common. PVC coated chain link mesh fence is usually used for basketball sport fences, tennis court fences, garden fences or residential fences.
  • Stainless steel chain link mesh

2. Depending on the mesh size, it can be classified as common chain link fence or mini mesh chain link fence. The mesh size of common chain link mesh ranges from 1" to 4" and the mesh size of mini mesh chain link fence ranges from 1/4" to 1", making it more secure and suitable for use in environments requiring high security.


3. Depending on the edge of the wire, there are three types of wire: twisted-twisted chain link, knuckle-knuckle chain link and knuckle-twisted chain link.Knuckle edges avoid sharp tops, while twisted edges also known as barbed edges, offer greater security and are more widely used.

  • Knuckle-Kunckle type chain link: the wire is knuckled at both ends andaddreviated as "KK" Type.
  • Knuckle-Twisted type Chain Link: the wire is knuckled at bottom and twisted into "barbed" selvedge at the top and andaddreviated as KT type or KB type.
  • Twisted-twisted type chain link: The wire is twisted into "barbed" selvedge at both ends and andaddreviated as TT type or BB type.

Production

The wire mesh is made from different types of wire, such as galvanized wire, plastic-coated wire, stainless steel wire or aluminium alloy wire, which is woven on a fully automatic weaving machine, then cut, treated with iron wire at both ends, then packed into rolls and finally sent to the customer.

Application

Different installation methods can be chosen for the double wire fence, and with different accessories.
